#OPHS Staff Recruitment Process

Please enter with your own OP OC (canon characters are also part of our universe but they are not open for roleplay so their roles inside OPHS will be decided by admins).

AGE is not determinant as OPHS judge people on their ability and not their age. Nonetheless, if you are still under 21, we encourage you to enter as a student and find a field of specialty to serve your future carreer. OPHS will encourage you and scholarships are available to help you along the way. If you are already at an advanced age, OPHS will also accomodate your daily tasks to your health condition.

MAIN TASKS are the list of accomplishment you offer to OPHS, such as teaching elective classes or the daily tasks of our infrastructures (canteen, cleaning, etc...).

Kindly refer to us if you are a DEVIL FRUIT USER as we will accordingly keep you away from tasks related to kairouseki and sea-water. You might also be invited to participate in training session with students as a guest teacher.

CLUB SUPERVISION is a very important part of student lives and we wish to promote clubs as much as possible, be it from permanent teachers initiative, elective teachers, alumni and students themselves (kindly check #OPHS's Blog for the updated list). If you wish to share your passion with students, please fill in the Club Application Form and submit it to the office of administrative matters.

Similarly, being a TEAM SUPERVISOR during Festivals is a wonderful way to share in the fun while giving the necessary support to students. Your abilities as a leader and as a project manager will be enhanced and will serve as positive experiences in the future. We strongly encourage you to volunteer for at least one of the events.

Please attach a PICTURE of your OC in their OPHS outfit in the frame dedicated for it (if using bases for it, kindly give due credits).
