Attacks: available but hard to use (the casting-writing time is a hindrance in most situation and prevents quick reactions...)

Side-effect:
Similarly to the Hoshi Hoshi no Mi, this Fruit finds fuel in the original life energy of its user, exhausting them or even endangering their lives depending on the intensity of the abilities used.
